HB-Agriseed is a modern seed cleaning plant using a Westrup air and screen machine. The grain is cleaned using an indent and air suction system.
First going through a scalpterator with air suction, then indent system, precision grader, and a Westrup screen machine, last step is a gravity machine.
Grain is moved from gravity machine by a grain pump to selected bins.
- Approx. 200 bus/hour is the cleaning capacity
- A leg system is used for moving grain
- Overhead bins make for fast loading of customers
- Government tested scale on site
